Design brief: A renovation to create a family space suitable for entertaining family and friends, capitalising on the bay views. Due to its elevated position, exposure to sun, rain and wind was considered in the design and materials. A Queensland coastal palette, natural textures and open plan living areas positioned to take in the sweeping views.
