We read the fall of the land and set floor levels, decks and retaining to work with the slope rather than against it.

Yes, siting is one of the most important decisions on acreage. During the onsite consultation and concept stage we look at contours, aspect, views, access, breeze and existing trees to find the best position for the house, pool and outdoor areas.
Yes. Many of our Sunshine Coast projects are renovations and additions, like Booroobin, Cooroy Mountain, Buderim and Noosa, where we reshape an existing home to connect better to its setting.
