GUMDALE, QLD - RUSTIC MODERN FARMHOUSE RENOVATION

Design brief: A renovation to modernise the existing home. Rather than expand the existing footprint too much, the clients wished to use the roof pitch and ceiling space to add a master bedroom and rebuild the house behind the existing garage to incorporate an open kitchen, dining and lounge. The design will increase light, airflow and the aspect to the north, while including an entertainment area to the rear.
