Symmetrical Gable Pavilions, Sunken Poolside Firepit & Acreage Forecourt

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN BRIEF & SPATIAL NARRATIVE

Inspired by contemporary American barn vernacular adapted for the subtropical Sunshine Coast hinterland, this residence links three steep-pitched gable pavilions across a gently sloping acreage site. Deep glazed gable ends draw light through the central living axis out to a terraced infinity pool and sunken stone firepit.
