WOODY POINT, CONTEMPORARY BEACHFRONT RENOVATION

This house on the beachfront at Woody Point had minimal connection between the indoor and outdoor areas - rooms were closed off to the views. The client’s brief was to create spaces that maximised the views and the lifestyle. The rear of the house lacked aesthetic appeal so detailing was added to soften the look and create an inviting ambience from the beach front. The street appeal of the property was enhanced and complemented the existing character of the home. This included a main entry gatehouse, relocation of the entry, landscaping, a carport that itself was a statement and reflected the style and architecture of the house.
