KALINGA, BRISBANE - RENOVATION OF PRE-1946 CHARACTER HOUSE, CLASSIC & TIMELESS DESIGN

Design Brief: An existing Pre-1946 Character house in Kalinga- to be renovated with new additions to cater for the growing family. The existing house will be lifted to create extra ceiling height on the lower levels with the main living areas on the ground floor level. A new Basement carpark will be incorporated in the design to provide more storage and parking space.

The Home will be modernized but consistent with a classic style and retaining original detailing to create a cohesvie aesthetic.
